I didn't have writing a 5-star review for a towing company on my bingo card today, but I can't adequately describe how thankful I am for everyone who helped us. My mother-in-law's friend came to pick her up and promptly got hung on our retaining wall — and I mean REALLY REALLY stuck. We were (obviously) very concerned about damage to the wall, but Michael and Brandon came to the rescue. They were able to remove the car from the wall without ANY(!!!!!) damage to the wall, and there was no additional damage to the vehicle. (It got some bumps and bruises simply from its contact with the wall, but they were able to prevent further damage.) From the moment I called saying, "I don't even know what to ask for here," their team was the voice of calm and reason I needed as my head was spinning. They presented multiple options to solve the problem, and I felt confident — based on their explanations of strategy and demonstration of professionalism — that one of their ideas would work. Sure enough, their first try worked out, and my MIL's friend was only out $350 for the entire ordeal. Talk about a CRISIS. AVERTED. The entire experience was top notch. Barb at dispatch was clear and easy to understand, answering all my questions and got the tow set up to meet my needs. Derek was right on time, took great care of my vehicle, and provided excellent driver service and conversation on our 3 hour ride to our destination. The wrecker was clean and comfortable, and their price was better than others I called.
